 The "Eagle Ray" is one of two liveaboards run by the Maldives Boat Club. It offers 7 double cabins, all with A/C and their own bathroom. Diving is done from a Dhoni that is constantly following the liveaboard, which does not just mean more petrol for the engines and more work for the crew, it also means that you do not hear any compressor on the liveaboard itself! We got 15-liter tanks without extra charge but no Nitrox, at least there was none during our trip. Maybe it will be available in the future. Our guides Ismail (Isse) and Buka showed excellent knowledge of all divesites we were visiting and gave an excellent service. All the crew members were very helpful, and especially the kitchen chef managed to surprise us every single day. The food was just delicious.
